Who's the Animal?

We had a great time going to Utah's Hogle Zoo!

Here is my sister tickling Cache.

Grandpa showing Brittany cool things!

The girls riding lions!

Are we in Utah or China?

This is a White Alligator. There are only 10
of them left in the world. We were priviledged
to see one of them.

Here are a few more of the many animals we saw

We all got to measure ourselves to how big a
gorilla is.

This was the play area for the kids. They had
a blast!

Merryweather Reunion!

This year we went to a place near Heber called Rock Cliff
State Park. It was beautiful! Check out the background!
We get together only once a year so everyone tries to make
it. My mom only has one brother. The reunion consists of
my uncle's family and my mom's family.See if you can spy
a Broderick. We are in there!

This is the kind of picture you get when you try to take one
with out adults and14 kids in all. Six of them are babies, all who
were born last year! We loved the picture!

All the kids got little bug catchers. They were
entertained for hours. They caught all sorts of
things like fish, ants, and beetles. Here is Brittany
showing us the bug she caught. We are not quite
sure what it is.

My mom presented my grandpa's flag to
my uncle Steven.

Hey I thought we got no "cell phone" service!

This is me with Kate.

They had a nature museum that was really fun and hands on.
Below are all the pictures taken there.

Kate and Maggie born November 13, 2007
(Not twins, just bosom buddy cousins born on the same day!)

The kids loved all the trees! In this area there were about
five trees all interlocking each other. Their imaginations went
wild. They loved it!

Memorial Day Weekend!

We wanted to go out of town this weekend. We decided gas prices were to high to go and we were going to go out of town for a reunion soon anyways. We still wanted to get away and decided to go camping up at Mt.Charelston. Friday came and it started snowing in the mountains. We thought maybe we shouldn't. Plan C came around and it stuck. We ended up going to the Las Vegas 51's game. Anyone who has gone knows you must take friends. So we went with the Fitzgibbons. They endured our crazy family of girls. It was a lot of fun!

On Monday we had an eventful day. We started out by putting our flag up. I dedicated it to my grandpa who passed away last year. He served in World War II. He really was a hero in many ways and very patriotic. We called him grandpa doodle bug because he was so silly and fun. My girls still talk about him. We continue to miss him. Then while I was getting the girls ready Rick came upstairs and told me he had smashed the windshield to his car. I started to laugh. He didn't think it was so funny. He then told me what happened. He has hooks on the ceiling in the garage where he hangs stuff. He tried to get the stroller down and knocked the water jug. It hit the windshield and smashed it on the drivers side. I thought the jug did a pretty good job on his car. We then got the girls pictures taken at J.C. Penney. Brittany, who is never good for professional pictures, was an angel. I will post them when I get them. We then went to Ryan and Ambers. We played at a park near their house. We had a great time. We then had a barbecue at a friends house. We were wiped out by the end. All and all it was a great Day!

"Oh say can you see...." you know the
rest.
